Outdoor Living & Kitchens

We discuss how you want to use the space, then review the layout, roof style, posts, and material selections with you. We plan the structure around your home and the outdoor areas it connects to.

We plan the cooking and preparation areas with you, reviewing appliance dimensions, countertop space, and material choices. We also discuss utility needs and how the kitchen fits into your outdoor layout.

We talk through seating, gathering space, and the style of fireplace you have in mind. Together, we review materials and placement so the planned features work with the rest of your outdoor space.

We walk through the existing porch and discuss how you want the finished space to function. We review screening, access, finishes, and any changes needed to the current structure.

We discuss your plans for relaxing, hosting, or spending time with family, then review the room layout and finishes. Lighting, storage, and the features you want are considered together as part of the scope.
